Oklahoma City artist Linda Hiller’s National Park series of oil paintings depicting great American landscapes such as the Grand Canyon and Alaska’s Denali National Park done in both traditional and contemporary styles is on view through March 30 at The Summer Wine Art Gallery, 2928 B Paseo.
Hiller, the gallery’s co-owner, will demonstrate her technique from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the gallery. Refreshments will be served; the public is welcome.
Hiller’s work has been accepted into some of the regions’ most prominent fine art festivals such as The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival and the Bayou City Art Festival – Houston. Her artwork also has been accepted into three national shows and she has been the featured artist at the Moore Fine Art Festival. Her artwork has won numerous awards in three different states.
