Video: Miranda Lambert “Mama’s Broken Heart”
Country music superstar Miranda Lambert, who hails from Tishomingo, didn’t keep us waiting too long.
After releasing a teaser for her music video for “Mama’s Broken Heart” on Friday, she gave us the full treatment today.
“I told you it was coming! Here’s the official video for ‘Mama’s Broken Heart’ it was so much fun to make!” she posted on Twitter (@mirandalambert).
Mama’s Broken Heart” is the fourth single and my favorite song off her latest album, “Four the Record.” The video perfectly captures the vibe of the song: From smoking and drinking to lounging in lingerie and teasing, teasing, teasing her blond locks, her rabidly heartbroken protagonist tries – and fails – to hide her crazy.
As previously reported, the Texas native will bring her “Locked & Reloaded” co-headlining tour with Dierks Bentley to Oklahoma City’s Chesapeake Energy Arena on Friday. The OKC tour stop will feature special guest Lee Brice. For more information, go to www.chesapeakearena.com.
