Miranda Lambert and Dierks Bentley appear on Country Weekly cover
Tishomingo resident Miranda Lambert and fellow country music superstar Dierks Bentley are featured on the cover of the Feb. 4 issue of Country Weekly magazine, on sale today.
Lambert and Bentley are teaming up for one of the year’s hottest tours, the “Locked and Reloaded Tour.” The co-headlining trek will play Oklahoma City’s Chesapeake Energy Arena on March 8.
In the Country Weekly interview, the stars say fans can expect to hear the their respective top hits, along with a few surprises.
“We have a great chemistry and kind of have the same crowd and the same feel, so we want to make it a party,” Lambert tells the magazine.
Bentley adds, “I’ve never been more excited about a tour.”
As previously reported, Lambert and Bentley also will perform together on the 55th Annual Grammy Awards, set for 7 to 10:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 10 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles. The show will be broadcast on the CBS Television Network.
Previous Grammy winner Lambert has a nomination this year for Best Country Album for “Four The Record,” while Bentley has a nod for Best Country Solo Performance for “Home.”
