Rascal Flatts and Journey to perform “CMT Crossroads” Super Bowl episode

Superstar country band Rascal Flatts, which includes Picher-bred guitarist Joe Don Rooney, and platinum-selling pop-rock band Journey, which includes Oklahoma-born guitarist Neal Schon, will headline the Super Bowl XLVII “CMT Crossroads” concert at the New Orleans Sugar Mill on Feb. 2.
The episode will air at 10 p.m. Feb. 2, the night before Super Bowl XLVII, according to CMT.com.

The episode marks the second collaboration for Journey and Rascal Flatts. In June, Rascal Flatts closed the 2012 CMT Music Awards by inviting Journey to perform “Don’t Stop Believin’” with them onstage.
