Video: 2nd trailer for Oklahoma-made film “The Long Drive Home”

Oklahoma filmmaker William Tyler, left, and Mark Adam Goff work together on the film “Substance.” They are reuniting for the drama “The Long Drive Home.”

Promising young Oklahoma filmmaker William Tyler, who hails from my hometown of Lindsay, has released the second trailer for his next feature, “The Long Drive Home.”

According to the synopsis, “The Long Drive Home” is a feature-length dramedy portraying the dynamics of one Southern family’s relationships, from love and resentment to forgiveness and acceptance.

Among the cast is Oklahoma actor Mark Adam Goff, who starred in Tyler’s strong professional film debut, the harrowing addiction drama “Substance.” To read the interview I did with Tyler last fall about “Substance,” click here.
