Award-winning singer/actress Kristin Chenoweth, who hails from Broken Arrow, was the guest host Wednesday night on “Chelsea Lately,” where she mocked Hugh Hefner’s wedding plans and interviewed country music star Dwight Yoakam. (Warning: Watch out for the adult language in the first video.)

In addition, check out the YouTube highlight video of Sunday’s “Trevor Live” benefit show, where the Tony winner performed her “Wicked” anthem “For Good” with Oscar-nominated actress Anna Kendrick.

Although she is best known as a Tony-winning Broadway star and an Emmy-winning TV standout, Chenoweth last year released her first country album, “Some Lessons Learned.”

On Monday, the Oklahoma native and country music star Trace Adkins will co-host the American Country Awards for the second year in a row. The fan-voted awards show will air live from Las Vegas at 7 p.m. Monday on Fox.

Earlier this week, I got the chance to chat with Chenoweth about country music, the ACAs and her other future projects. Look for that feature on Friday.
