Fullbright has been earning national acclaim and getting cool opportunities like this since he released his debut studio album “From the Ground Up” earlier this year. The roots-rocker and Oklahoma rockabilly revivalist JD McPherson are among the performers who will honor the legendary Chuck Berry at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s 17th annual American Music Masters tribute concert on Oct. 27 at PlayhouseSquare’s State Theatre in Cleveland, Ohio.
In July, Fullbright was one of the featured performers at the 15th Annual Woody Guthrie Folk Festival in Okemah. During the festival, he also recorded a segment for the “Art of the Song,” which is now available online. To listen to it, click here.
