Does anybody care about him anymore? There is something worse than bad press — that’s indifference and NO press like this announcement has received. His music is pretty pretentious and dated, so RCA was justified in letting him go when his 2nd CD flopped. Shame an Idol winner like Cook couldn’t cut it in the big pond. He sounds better singing covers anyway.

He has produced great albums, DCTR sold way over a million copies with 2 platinum singles and one gold. His 2nd album This Loud Morning produced The Last Goodbye and Fade Into Me, and he produced an EP called This Quiet Night. All are available for purchase at Amazon (and I believe I-Tunes). His latest single, This is the Last Song I’ll Write for You is very catchy, lovely melody and has some great hooks. You will find it hard to get the tune out of your head (but you won’t want to, anyway). I play it over and over again. Love it, think it is my favorite to date (except I really love “Permament” from DCTR). Buy his latest single, you won’t be sorry.
