Initial CMA Award nominees for 2010

Final nominees in seven categories for the 44th Annual Country Music Association Awards were announced today at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tenn., by Justin Moore and Chris Young.
Tishomingo resident Miranda Lambert, who leads the initial nominations with five nods, and Dierks Bentley will reveal the nominees for the remaining five categories Wednesday on ABC News’ “Good Morning America.”
The 44th Annual CMA Awards will be broadcast live from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Wednesday, Nov. 10 on the ABC Television Network. The show will be hosted for the third time by Brad Paisley and Checotah native Carrie Underwood.
