NORMAN – Bring your unwanted cookbooks to exchange with others at the Cookbook Swap and Shop from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Saturday, July 10. Norman Public Library, 225 N. Webster, Norman, OK 73069. Following the program and cookbook swap, Friends of the Norman Library will sell used cookbooks until 1:00 p.m.

NORMAN – Hear John McEuen of Nitty Gritty Dirt Band fame at 7:30 pm Sunday, July 11th, at Andrews Park Amphitheatre, 201 W Daws. The free show is part of the Summer Breeze Concert Series.

If art interests you, consider attending Dr. Sketchy’s Anti-Art School from 6 to 10 pm on Sunday, July 11th, at Individual Artists of Oklahoma 706 W Sheridan, Oklahoma City, OK 73102. At Dr. Sketchy sessions, artists of all skill levels meet to have a good time. The July 11 session will feature Taffeta Darling, “A Cosplay Special.” Admission: $10, ages 21 and older.
