Video: “Lights! Camera! Action!: The Film Costumes of Edith Head”
In this NewsOK video, curator Scott W. Perkins talks about the exhibit “Lights! Camera! Action!: The Film Costumes of Edith Head,” on view through May 16 at Price Tower Arts Center in Bartlesville.
The exhibit honors Head’s legendary career through 150 watercolor costume sketches made by Head and her large staff of artists, along with six of her eight Oscar statuettes, personal memorabilia, an interactive costume design station and recreations of 10 of her famed costumes done by Oklahoma State University apparel design students.
