Here is a list of activities happening around the state this weekend (March 19-21), which is allegedly the first weekend of spring. However, wintry weather is forecast for Saturday and Sunday, so my advice is to call or check ahead and make sure the event of your choice is still on before hitting the roads. - Watch the second round of NCAA men’s basketball action Saturday at the Ford Center, 100 W Reno. Kansas takes on Northern Iowa at 4:40 p.m., with Kansas State vs. BYU following. Information: www.okfordcenter.com.
