Suggested donation items include:
- Individually wrapped food items such as pudding cups, pouch drink mixes, beef jerky, etc.
- Prepaid phone cards

- Small toys
- DVDs
Those who donate items will be able to register to win one of the following items to be awarded at the end of the event:

AMC Quail Springs IMAX will celebrate its official grand opening by showing director James Cameron’s “Avatar: An IMAX 3D Experience.” The high-tech sci-fi epic follows a paraplegic marine (Sam Worthington) to the jungle planet Pandora, where he gets caught up in a war between humans and the native species, the Na’vi.
Attendees also are encouraged to bring their cameras to take a picture with an “Avatar” Na’vi warrior. Children can visit the “Avatar” IMAX table to make their own free Na’vi warrior necklace or bracelet. Na’vi warriors will also be handing out complimentary IMAX and “Avatar” promotional items.
