Taylor Swift sold all available tickets to 15 of her upcoming concerts on the “Fearless” 2010 tour within mere minutes when they went on sale Friday, according to CMT.com.
The arena dates include two shows each in Newark, N.J., Uniondale, N.Y., Philadelphia, Houston and Detroit, along with other performances in Washington D.C., Dallas, Kansas City, Austin, Texas, and Corpus Christi, Texas.
Her U.S. tour with Kellie Pickler and Gloriana resumes March 4 in Tampa, Fla. Earlier this year, she sold out every date on the first leg of her first headlining tour, including a show at Tulsa’s BOK Center.
Swift is set to bring her “Fearless” tour to Oklahoma City on March 31, according to TaylorSwift.com. But no sale date information has been announced for the show. In fact, the venue for the OKC concert has yet to be verified, though it seems a sure bet that it will take place at the Ford Center.
Fans who can’t wait to see Swift perform can watch her on TV Tuesday on “Dancing With the Stars” and Thursday on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.” She also will be host and musical guest on Nov. 7 on “Saturday Night Live,” so hopefully one of the “not-ready-for-primetime players” is brushing up on his Kanye West impression.
