“Toy Story” double feature theatrical run extended

Due to popular demand, Disney/Pixar has extended the theatrical run for the “Toy Story and Toy Story 2 in 3D Double Feature.”

The films, which have been converted to 3-D for the re-release, were originally supposed to play for just two weeks. But they are continuing to show in theaters, including several in the Oklahoma City area.

The double feature is designed to pump up Pixar fans for the long-awaited release of “Toy Story 3,” coming to theaters June 18, 2010.

But the 3-D movie event also is worth seeing just on its own merits. My sons and I highly recommend checking it out since you still have time.
