Touring with “Star Wars: In Concert” is an exclusive exhibit of “Star Wars” costumes, props, production artwork and specially created behind-the-scenes videos from the Lucasfilm Archives. Many of these pieces are leaving “Star Wars” creator George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch for the first time.

“Star Wars: In Concert” is coming to Tulsa’s BOK Center at 7:30 tonight and Oklahoma City’s Ford Center at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday.

The exhibit features many fan favorite artifacts, as well as several new and never-before-seen items, including full costumes for Jedi Masters Kit Fisto and Plo Koon, John Williams’ original handwritten sheet music for “Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace” and blasters and helmets from Coruscant, Tatooine and other “Star Wars” worlds.

Narrator Anthony Daniels, who played droid C-3PO in all six “Star Wars” movies, said one of his golden costumes also is part of the display.

“People are very, very welcome to come and look at my costume, my real costume — actually, I had six originally and this is one of them — to look at it, to marvel, ‘Why would you dress up like that?’ Except there are people who have made their own copies for fun. Whoa,” he said.

“It was obviously very uncomfortable, and if you look at it in the exhibit along with other costumes, which probably were equally vile, it was uncomfortable. But one of the things was it was actually quite remote in there because I was alone in my little world.”
