Wednesday Video Spotlight: Nathan Timmel

Standup comedian Nathan Timmel will be performing tonight-Sunday at the Looney Bin Comedy Club in Oklahoma City. As part of his show, he will talk about his experiences delivering humor to deployed troops in Iraq.

In a phone interview last week, the Iowa comic told me his all-time favorite show was for the Oklahoma National Guard in Iraq.

For this week’s Wednesday Video Spotlight, I’m featuring several of Timmel’s comedy bits, including his explanation of why he loved playing for the Oklahoma National Guard. (Timmel describes his comedy as rated PG-13, so that’s what you’re looking as far as adult content/language in these clips.)
