The Bacon Brothers -  Golden Globe-nominated actor Kevin Bacon and his Emmy-winning sibling Michael – will make their Grand Ole Opry debut tonight when they appear alongside the Bellamy Brothers.

The brothers will perform the Bellamys’ current single, “Guilty of the Crime,” on which both sets of brothers appear. The appearance will mark the first public appearance for the Bacons and the Bellamys together, according to a news release.

The song is the first single from The Bellamy Brothers newest album, “The Anthology, Vol. 1,” available digitally now and in stores Sept. 29.

The appearance of the Bacon Brothers lengthens the list of musical TV and film actors who have debuted on the Opry in the past year. Others include Academy Award winner Kevin Costner, Golden Globe nominee Jack Black, and Emmy winner Steve Martin. (I’ll bet all of you can connect these fellow musical thespians to Kevin Bacon in six degrees or less, too.)

The Grand Ole Opry is presented by Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. Opry performances take place every weekend of the year and on Tuesdays through Dec. 18.
