Wednesday Video Spotlight: Kyle Dillingham
Thai Princess Maha Chakri Sinrindhorn presents Oklahoma violinist Kyle Dillingham flowers after the opening-night performance of the recent musical “Phra Lor,” in which he played the lead role.
Oklahoma violinist Kyle Dillingham recently played the lead role in a large-scale musical production in Thailand.
The Patravadi Theatre in Bangkok was the setting for the performances of “Phra Lor.” He performed from June 19-28 in the epic tale, which received rave reviews.
Among the ticket-holders for the invitation-only opening-night show was a member of the Thai Royal Family, Princess Maha Chakri Sinrindhorn.
If you’ve never seen Dillingham perform as a soloist, with his band Horseshoe Road or in some other circumstance, you haven’t experienced one of our state’s great musical treasures.
