Bonus Wednesday Video Spotlight: Bradley Beesley’s “Sweethearts of the Prison Rodeo” trailer
As was reported Tuesday on NewsOK and here on the blog, HBO has acquired the rights to the documentary “Sweethearts of the Prison Rodeo,” made by Oklahoma filmmaker Bradley Beesley.
It will broadcast in September on HBO’s Cinemax.
Here’s a trailer of the film, which debuted at the recent South by Southwest film festival in Austin, Texas, from YouTube. The documentary, set at the Oklahoma Prison Rodeo, will play later this month at Oklahoma City’s deadCenter Film Festival.
