“Twilight” heartthrob Robert Pattinson gets another romantic role

British actor Robert Pattinson, who currently is filming the “Twilight” sequel “New Moon,” has been tapped to play another romantic movie role, MTV.com reported this week.
Pattinson, 22, will play the male lead in “Remember Me,” a film about a young couple whose relationship is tested by a series of family tragedies. The female lead hasn’t been chosen yet.
“Remember Me” is another project for Summit Entertainment, the studio behind the “Twilight” movies based on Stephenie Meyer’s very popular book series.

Pattinson is also going to be playing Georges Duroy in Bel Ami by Guy de Maupassant.The story chronicles Georges Duroy’s corrupt rise to power from a poor ex-NCO to one of the most successful men in Paris, most of which he achieves by manipulating a series of powerful, intelligent, and wealthy mistresses.
Twilight practically put him on top of the world!! I am an addict of Twilight and Robert Pattinson. I am very happy for him. I will probably be jealous of the girl who gets the Female lead. LOL! I’m just joking, whoever gets it I hope will do a very good job. GO ROBERT!!
Has anyone noticed that the only 3 kinds of roles that Robert ever gets are the Romantic ones, the teenage ones, or the odd ones!!
Yes I had noticed that he had 3 different roles in each movies. It would be good for him, beside he said he want to learn everything about different characters in every movies. Congrations on your new movie Robert.. I hopes you will have alot of fun with that one. 
I really look forward to the new movie, I just don’t know if i’ll be able to hold back the tears!! new moon was such a sad book, brought many tears to my eyes. I do have to say congrats to robert though,will definately have to see that other movie!! i haven’t had much to do with his fan sites but he seems like a really nice guy and he did a great job with twilight too. i will admit that some of the movies hes had to act in are a bit out there, but he does a great job. i can see why all the girls around me go crazy for him!! but i really hope that doesnt happen to me, its not in my character to get “freaky” over a movie star, id hate to go down that road now.
OMG, i am VERY happy for robert! so happy!!! hes such a great actor, and in twilight he was AMAZING! am i LOVE with twilight half the reson from him!!!! iam soooo happy and really, really want to see this move AND twilight saga: new moon!!!!
