Rascal Flatts promoting album with “Unstoppable” media blitz
Rascal Flatts, who won the Academy of Country Music vocal group of the year award for the seventh straight time Sunday, is continuing next week its media blitz in support of its new album, “Unstoppable,” which came out Tuesday.
The band, which includes guitarist Joe Don Rooney of Picher, performed the album’s heartbreaking first single, “Here Comes Goodbye,” Sunday on the ACM Awards and Tuesday on “The Today Show.”
The media blitz will continue next week: The band will play “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” on Monday and “The Late Show with David Letterman” on Thursday.
Rascal Flatts will also appear on the reality TV show “Dancin’ With The Stars” on Tuesday as well as “Hannity” on Thursday.
“Unstoppable,” co-produced by Dann Huff and Rascal Flatts, is the band’s first studio album since 2007’s multi-platinum “Still Feels Good.”
