Reba McEntire to participate in Kennedy Center Spring Gala

Oklahoma native Reba McEntire will participate in the Kennedy Center Spring Gala on May 3 in Washington, D.C., CMT.com is reporting.
The event will feature many notable women in the arts, such as LeAnn Rimes, Stockard Channing, Patti LaBelle, k.d. lang, Amy Poehler, Dianne Reeves, Chita Rivera and Kathleen Turner, among others.
The black-tie event will be at the Kennedy Center Concert Hall with proceeds funding Kennedy Center performances, education and outreach initiatives.
CMT.com also is reporting that McEntire will host Celebrity Fight Night XV, a tribute to Muhammad Ali, Saturday in Phoenix.
