Jonas Brothers want to be on “New Moon” soundtrack
The super-popular trio the Jonas Brothers, who were nominated for the best new artist Grammy but lost to British songbird Adele, have expressed interest in contributing to the “New Moon” soundtrack.
“The movie was obviously a huge success, and if they asked us to be a part of (the sequel), that would be great,” Nick Jonas told MTV. “It would be really cool.”
The brothers said they are fans of Stephenie Meyer’s “Twilight” franchise and would be willing to write and perform a song for the soundtrack. The “Twilight” soundtrack debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard album chart last fall. It features such diverse artists as Collective Soul, Paramore, Perry Farrell, Linkin Park and Meyer’s personal favorite, Muse.
If the Jonas Brothers were to contribute to “New Moon,” it could represent a perfect storm for teenage girls, the target audience for both Meyer’s mega-popular series and the band’s runaway success.
Of course, before they can write a “New Moon” song, the ultra-busy brothers need to actually see the first film.
“I haven’t seen it,” Joe Jonas said. “But I have heard it’s a great movie.”
“We’re looking forward to seeing it,” Nick Jonas said. “We’ve been a little busy, so it’s kinda hard to get the movies, but we’ll see it.”
“Typically, we’ll get the advance DVDs and watch them on plane rides or something,” Kevin Jonas added. “So, hopefully, we’ll do that.”

Okay, I’m not trying to be funny or mean or anything, but The Jonas Brothers and Twilight just do not mix. I can’t imagine to listening to something like “Supermassive Black Hole” then something like “Lovebug”. Their type of music just won’t fit into the next album. JB is cool and eveything but they should stick with what they know and what their used to…
NO NO NO NO!!!!!! they suck so bad and besides there sound is nothing that needs to be in the movie. If they did end up on it which I seriously doubt they would, I deffinetly would NOT by the sound track

its the only way that i would buy the cd. they are amazzing and are my passion. the loves of my life and they are all i want. they should be on this. they are soooooooooooooo talented and deserve it.

No. they can’t be on the soundtrack. Twilight music is sappose to be unique. And the jonas brothers are not unique.
ok..i like the jonas brothers and everything, but NO DISNEY!!!!twilight,new moon,eclips, and breaking dawn are not DISNEY MOVIES!!!the series is based upon a vampire romance with bella deciding if she should go with jacob or edward, can u honestly picture a disney movie like that??plz dont decide to have them
oh come on guys it wont be that bad, they actually are very unique and i think they could come up with something good for New Moon. I mean dont bust out with :love bug; or anything like that, something hardcore or depressing yall could come up with that.

I love the jonas brothers and twilight is my world, but i really dont think the jonas brothers and twilight go together. I mean really imagine some thing like SORRY or BB Good or LOVE BUG on new moons soundtrack. I love them both but I dont think they go together. keep muse and paramore and linkin park,I think they did great in twilight bet they could do even better in new moon

OK SHUT UP!!!!! The Jonas Brothers are amazingly Talented and they ARE Unique!! It doesn’t matter WHAT you guys think because its Summits Decision and They are keeping Paramore! Jeez!!! If Summit Does Ask them to be on it, it will be VERY good for the Movies publicity!!!! And I think They will be able to come up with something to fit the movie! I know these Boys, they are smart and If needed, They will change their sound for a song, so it’ll fit the movie! And It doesn’t really matter if they have not seen the movie! They want to see it and contribute to it so what does it matter! If you cant live with that or don’t like it, don’t see the movie! Its not your F*in decision At ALL!!!!
