finally! he’s gonna play the part huh? good luck with him then. i hope he can pull off a more matured and bigger type jacob black in new moon. a lot of the twilight saga fans are really expecting so much from him especially from me (no pressure). even though i am not really a big fan of taylor lautner nor his character, i think they made the right decision of making him reprise his role. it would be a very dramatic change if ever someone replaced him. :]

yea i agree, Looking at pics of Taylor Lautner now compared to the pics in Twilight he has been working very hard to maintain the role as Jacob Black and looks like he will pull off the needed look in ‘New Moon’.The movie will not e the same without Taylor Lautner as Jacob black.

YEA!!!!! Although I am 100% “Team Edward”, I am thrilled to hear Lautner will return as Jacob. I do feel that in order to maintain the consistency of the story, Taylor needed to return. He is a cutie and he did a great job in Twilight. Plus, I hear he almosted gained 30 pounds of pure muscle to play the part! Now that is dedication.
