Today is Veterans Day, and we here at BAM’s Blog would like to express our appreciation for all the military men and women, past and present, who make sacrifices to protect our country and our freedom.
The Oklahoma City Symphonic Band will perform “A Veterans Day Salute” concert at 7:30 tonight at the Petree Recital Hall, 2501 N Blackwelder on the Oklahoma City University campus. Admission is free.
I’ve heard the band perform a few times in the past, and it’s a very talented group of music lovers. I’m sure they’ll do the vets proud.
