“Dancing with the Stars,” Brad Paisley coming to Tulsa’s BOK Center

The BOK Center released information today on two shows that will be coming to the arena in January.

The fourth “Dancing with the Stars” tour, a live spinoff of the hit ABC reality show, will waltz into Tulsa Jan. 2.

The show will feature celebrities Lance Bass, Toni Braxton and Maurice Greene from Season 7, as well as Marlee Matlin from Season 6, according to a news release. Joining the celebrities will be dancers Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Mark Ballas and Derek Hough, Kym Johnson, Lacey Schwimmer, Edyta Sliwinska, Karina Smirnoff and Fabien Sanchez.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday. Ticket prices are $51.50, $67, $97, $127, and $195.

The BOK Center also confirmed today that country star Brad Paisley will play Jan. 24 at the Tulsa venue. (Paisley’s publicist listed the date a few weeks ago in a news release.)

The Paisley Party Tour 2009 will feature special guests Dierks Bentley and Darius Rucker.

Paisley released his new mostly instrumental album “Play” on Tuesday. He and Oklahoma native Carrie Underwood will co-host the CMA Awards next Wednesday on ABC.

Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Nov. 15. Prices are $46.75 and $39.75.
