The song that has been on my brain the most this week:

There’s nothing like a little Metallica to get your blood and adrenaline pumping when you’re going through a tough week. If you can get a song like this one looping through your skull, the perfect balance of thundering heavy metal and speedy thrash metal can give you a jolt on par with any heavily caffeinated energy drink, but without the nasty aftertaste. Plus, you get to headbang your way through Metallica, and I love me some headbanging.
I cannot wait for Nov. 18 when Metallica will be playing Tulsa’s BOK Center. My husband and I are so there.
