Carrie Underwood featured on Elvis Christmas CD
Oklahoma country hitmaker Carrie Underwood doesn’t have her own CD coming out this fall, but she is one of several female stars featured on a Christmas CD with the king.
High-tech wizardry is allowing Sony BMG to release “Elvis Presley Christmas Duets” in partnership with Elvis Presley Enterprises Inc. The CD features current music stars singing along with Presley.
Presley’s duet partners include Underwood, Martina McBride, LeAnn Rimes, Gretchen Wilson, Wynonna Judd, Sara Evans, Amy Grant, Anne Murray, Olivia Newton-John and more.
Tracks include “Blue Christmas” with McBride, “Here Comes Santa Claus” with Rimes, “Merry Christmas Baby” with Wilson, “White Christmas” with Grant and “I’ll Be Home for Christmas” with Underwood.
