“Saving Grace” renewed for third season
Penny Soldan, TV editor for The Oklahoman, is reporting that the TNT spiritual drama/police procedural “Saving Grace” has been renewed for a third season.
The show’s storyline is set in Oklahoma City, though the vast majority of the filming actually takes place in Los Angeles.
The series, which has drawn some controversy for its racy content, centers on troubled Oklahoma City Police Detective (Oscar winner Holly Hunter), who gets regular visits from an atypical angel named Earl (Leon Rippy), who is trying to save her soul – whether she likes it or not.
