Metallica’s tour coming to Tulsa
Heavy metal giants Metallica, who are spending the summer playing music festivals in the United States and abroad, have announced their first North American tour in four years.
Tulsa’s new BOK Center will be among the stops on the tour, which kicks off in the fall.
The tour will start Oct. 21 in Glendale, Ariz., according to Metallica.com.
The band will play Tulsa on Nov. 18, according to an e-mail from the BOK Center. No sale date or ticket prices have been announced at this time.
People who are interested in the show are encouraged to check for updates at www.bokcenter.com. I’ll also try to let you know here on BAM’s Blog when the tickets become available and what they’re going to cost you.
The band’s new album, “Death Magnetic,” is set for Sept. 12 release.

This is awesome. They’ll most certainly play in Oklahoma City (at the Ford Center) as well. It will be a hell of two great nights! Can’t wait for the metal gods!
