Wednesday Video Spotlight: Lego Indy
Mr. BAM suggested the topic for this week’s Video Spotlight: the trailer for the game “Lego Indiana Jones: The Original Adventures,” which went on sale Tuesday.
As the title indicates, the game covers the first three movies: “Raiders of the Lost Ark,” “Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom” and “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.”
From the looks of the trailer, I must say that Sean Connery in particular translates exceedingly well into a Lego figure.
For the past few months, my husband has been campaigning to make this his Father’s Day gift. The game looks like a lot of fun. Since I like him pretty well - and I wouldn’t mind playing it myself - I may even give it to him a little early.

Not at all. I’ve been anticipating this game far more than I ever did the movie. I felt the last Indy, “Last Crusade” did an admirable job of wrapping up the series. After seeing the fourth movie, don’t think I’ll be picking up “Lego Indiana Jones 2,” that is if they decide to make it.

Is it weird that I’m way more excited about this than I was about the new movie?
