Reba and Kelly extending joint tour
Dynamic duo Reba McEntire and Kelly Clarkson will play added 2 Worlds 2 Voices tour dates this fall.
The tour combines the talents of the two powerhouse singers and their bands for a dual nonstop set, according to a news release. The tour sold out 15 markets from mid-January to mid-February and earned positive reviews.
With the extension, the pair will play 24 added show dates beginning Sept. 25 in Winnipeg and ending Nov. 22 in Baltimore.
McEntire and Clarkson will perform their biggest hits and favorite songs with no intermission.
The singers also are nominated for vocal event of the year for their duet “Because of You” at the Academy of Country Music Awards. The 43rd annual awards show will air live Sunday from Las Vegas on CBS, with McEntire hosting.
