About Angi
Angi Bruss grew up in the great state of Oklahoma. She loves working at NewsOK.com as a Video Host interviewing celebrities and doing fashion, entertainment and feature videos. She joined the crew at NewsOK.com in July 2007. In 2012, Angi won a national Telly Award for a video that she produced, edited and hosted. She’s also been a part of many other videos that have won national and local awards. Before NewsOK, Angi hosted a t-v show called “Hot On Homes” for a year and a half in Oklahoma City and then was transferred to start the show in Orlando, Florida. Prior to “Hot On”, Angi worked as a news reporter for almost 3 years.
Before beginning her career, Angi interned in Los Angeles with “Entertainment Tonight.” There she enjoyed meeting many stars while she worked on the Red Carpet at movie premieres. Angi also worked as an assistant Avid editor on the band biography television show, Behind the Music, for the music network, VH-1.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting and Communications from the University of Central Oklahoma in December 2002.
