When Dogs Freeze
This Wisconsin woman should be ashamed of herself! First of all she allowed her dog to become grossly obese. Second, she allowed her dog to stay outside in single-digit freezing temperatures and the 120-pound border collie actually froze to the sidewalk! Fortunately, the woman made the first mistake and let her dog get fat, so the thing actually lived through the horrible ordeal. Unfortunately, the woman wound up with a citation for animal neglect. Wait, did I say “unfortunately”, I meant fortunately. Maybe now the woman will take better care of her canine friend.
