		<description><![CDATA[Sorry....hit the submit button by mistake.  There are certain activities and professions that require one to prove him/her self in that particular field.  I would imagine that in your chosen field, its much more obvious than in many others.  Hence, the old joke about having a &quot;face for radio.&quot;  I think that self-acceptance is something altogether different, as you alluded to.  It really has nothing to do with our performance, though sometimes that is hard to see.  I think that its a natural tendency to value the flawless- and only the self-deluded are able to see themselves in that description.  When we do realize that we have value and worth in spite of our many mistakes and flaws, we are free to truly do something worthwhile.   I am a musician of sorts, and for the longest time, my quest for perfection caused me so much anxiety that I would completely freeze up.  As I have become more comfortable with myself, being much less inclined to worry about what others may think, I can play without the fear.  Sometimes it stinks....sometimes it pretty good....but at least its something!]]></description>
