So this Nebraska Senator did the unthinkable. He’s suing God. Ernie Chambers is a Nebraska state senator and he filed a lawsuit against the Creator for causing death and horror and of threatening more! The reason? To show the world anyone can sue anyone for absolutely anything. I think he made his point. This sounds more like a criminal case to me. 
I have 3 questions. Where do you send the subpoena? Will a warrant for God’s arrest be sent out because He’s being non-responsive? And how much does Senator Chambers want in damages? I bet attorneys will be lined up for this one!
I’d love to be in that courtroom. I wonder if Senator Chambers thinks God will show up?

I would love to be in the courtroom as well. I think Sen. Chambers would recognize it as both the worst and best day of his life. Personally, I would just recommend that he read the Book of Job and find someone else to sue. Now excuse me while I get back to filing this lawsuit…..the jail didnt give me a white spork to eat my beans with for dinner tonight. I just don’t like these blacks sporks as much.

Filing suit against the Almighty is fine with me. First you need to find someone brave enough to serve the papers.

True! Would the person think they wouldn’t get into heaven by serving the papers?! What if an atheist does it? I wonder if their beliefs will change?
